About The Urban Feline

Our mission

More cats live indoors than ever before. Indoor life is safer, but it puts the whole burden of a cat's environment on the household: the height, the texture, the novelty, the hunting and the territory all have to be provided deliberately. The Urban Feline exists to make that straightforward.

We publish practical, general educational guides on six areas: indoor cat basics, health, nutrition, behaviour, grooming and products. Every guide is written to answer a real question a cat owner has, in the order they need it.

How we work

• Guides are researched against current veterinary and feline welfare guidance.
• We update articles as guidance changes, and show the update date on every page.
• We do not publish invented statistics, testimonials, ratings or expert credentials.
• Health content is educational. It never replaces an examination by a veterinarian who knows your cat.
